Amateur vocalist trained in the South Indian Classical style of Carnatic Music. Performed for Yuvvani, All India Radio's youth channel. Participated in music festivals at Hindu temples in NJ, master classes run by Indian musicologists and the Rutgers community choir. My life is full of music. My father was a self-taught Carnatic musician who, back in the 1980s, experimented with machine learning in music; his sense of exploration and adventure in music, as in life, has been my guiding principle. He passed away this August and my participation in Rehearsing Philadelphia is my tribute to him.
